Jun 03 2015 : The Economic Times (Delhi) TISS to Get HRD Fund with 5% Cut   The HRD ministry will release funds to TISS and seven other deemed varsities financially dependent on it after introducing a 5% cut that is meant to progressively reduce HRD funding to 50%, reports Anubhuti Vishnoi.
